Chess tournament with categories based on age

At Borggården from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM

• Adults

Each participant will receive a diploma, and there will be additional prizes for the winners of each category.

The tournament is designed to be beginner-friendly, with support available to help with the rules before and during play.

It’s perfectly fine to play just 1 or 2 rounds. Everyone who arrives between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM will get a chance to play. Those who wish to compete in the entire tournament should arrive by 12:00 PM.

Here, the whole family—young and old alike—can join in or free! 🙂

If you prefer not to participate in the tournament, you're warmly welcome to play chess with friends or family or to try out one of the other activities at Borggården. We're open from 12:00 PM until late in the evening.

If there is some rain or wind, we’ll move into the vaults, where there will also be the opportunity for magical chess moments!
